Barman
The barman (from English bar - a bar counter, man - the person) - the employee of bar serving visitors behind a bar counter. The barman welcomes the guests of his institution, reveals their taste preferences, informs about the assortment, offers guests suitable options for drinks, takes orders and spills portions of alcoholic and soft drinks, including cocktails prepared by him.
The main purpose of training under the program is to obtain new competencies necessary for professional activities: serving consumers at the bar with the preparation of mixed drinks and simple snacks.
In the course of training at courses you will get acquainted with history of emergence of bars, the equipment, stock and bar ware, methods of preparation of cocktails, duties of the bartender, ability to communicate with visitors and creation of the pleasant atmosphere in bar.
In practice, you will learn to prepare various cocktails based on sparkling wine, prepare hot (hot drink) mixed drinks short drink and long drink drinks. Prepare the following cocktails yourself: Daikiri, Negroni, Strawberry Fiz, Florida, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Kamikadze, Black and wlite, Cuba Libre.
